About the Role
This part-time position operates on a flexible 2–3 day per week schedule. You'll deliver hands-on care and daily companionship in a home environment, supporting a senior who values maintaining her independence and enjoying an active, engaged lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and support healthy eating habits
- Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain household cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate or accompany outings, appointments, and social activities
- Foster engagement in hobbies and interests that promote wellness
- Communicate regularly with family members about care and well-being
What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience providing in-home senior care or related caregiving
- Genuine compassion, reliability, and patience with older adults
- Dependability in maintaining consistent schedules
- Physical ability to safely assist with mobility and daily activities
- Strong communication skills with clients and families
- CPR, First Aid, or CNA certification preferred
