About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technician at TriHealth, you'll perform essential diagnostic testing and specimen analysis that directly supports patient care. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays at our Hamilton facility.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical laboratory tests on diverse patient specimens
• Prepare and process samples using laboratory procedures and instrumentation
• Record test results accurately and maintain rigorous quality control standards
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Follow strict safety protocols and infection prevention procedures
• Communicate findings with clinical staff to support diagnosis and treatment decisions

What We're Looking For

• Current registration or certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT or equivalent)
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
