About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead and supervise team members, providing training and guidance
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product organization
• Support customer service initiatives and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
• Help drive sales performance and meet store goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
