About the Role
We're hiring experienced and new CDL-A drivers for full-time positions operating no-touch freight across the region. If you hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and are ready for steady work with room to grow your earnings, this opportunity offers the stability and compensation you're looking for.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and professionally across established routes
- Handle no-touch freight loads, minimizing cargo contact and maintaining load integrity
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Meet delivery schedules while prioritizing road safety and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and time-management skills

Compensation & Benefits
We reward hard work and loyalty with compensation that grows as you do:
- Weekly pay ranging from $1,540 to $1,920
- Annual mileage-based pay increases leading to $0.68 per mile at the top rate
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
- Unlimited referral bonuses—earn up to $3,000 for each qualified driver you refer
- $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement
