What You'll Do

• Work alongside IBM professionals on active technology and consulting engagements serving clients across government, healthcare, and commercial industries
• Support research, technical analysis, and documentation for ongoing projects
• Participate in project planning sessions, team stand-ups, and stakeholder meetings
• Apply coursework concepts to authentic business problems under the guidance of experienced IBMers
• Contribute to areas such as solution design, data analysis, or software implementation based on team placement
• Build professional communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced enterprise environment

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in an accredited university program in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline
• Eligibility to participate in a co-op program through your university
• Strong analytical thinking and genuine curiosity about technology and innovation
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting ideas to peers and stakeholders
• A collaborative, self-starting attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned work
• Comfort with standard productivity and collaboration tools; exposure to programming languages or data concepts is an advantage
