What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic and repair work on Audi vehicles using manufacturer specifications and advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs on luxury European automobiles
- Inspect vehicles, document findings, and provide technical recommendations to customers
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with shop standards and quality protocols
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer deadlines and service excellence expectations
- Stay current with Audi technical updates, service bulletins, and software changes
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild certification or equivalent advanced Audi technical training
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional Audi and European vehicle repair experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, factory scan tools, and Audi-specific software
- Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to precision, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
