Progressive Occupational Therapist Services in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio is hiring full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) professionals to deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric and adult clients with developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult clients with developmental disabilities
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions targeting motor skills, cognitive functioning, self-care, and social participation
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client outcomes
• Maintain organized clinical documentation with streamlined, light administrative responsibilities
• Monitor progress, adapt treatment strategies, and celebrate client achievements and milestones

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L)
• Experience or demonstrated interest working with pediatric and adult developmental disability populations
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to person-centered, strengths-based occupational therapy practice
• Professional reliability and flexibility in a collaborative practice setting
