About the Role
This ongoing, full-time pediatric RN position pays $45–$50 per hour and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Working through Bayada OTA's HICU® Health Services program, you'll deliver one-on-one nursing care in a home environment — giving you the time and focus to truly advocate for each child and family in your care in the Eagleville area.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes across Montgomery County
- Assess patient health status, monitor vital signs, and track clinical changes over time
- Administer medications, manage medical equipment, and perform treatments as ordered
- Develop and follow individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Educate parents and caregivers on home care techniques, safety protocols, and medication management
- Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate proactively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and concerns
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Experience in pediatric nursing — hospital, home health, or NICU/PICU background welcomed
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills in a pediatric setting
- Comfort working independently within a patient's home environment
- Excellent communication skills when working with children, families, and care teams
- Reliable transportation to reach patients throughout the Eagleville and Montgomery County area
- Current CPR/BLS certification
