Palm Beach Tan - West Coast Tanning, Inc. is hiring a full-time Beauty and Wellness Sales Manager at its Newport Beach location in Orange County, CA — a hands-on leadership role at the nation's largest tanning and wellness brand.

About the Role

As a Beauty and Wellness Sales Manager, you will own the client experience and drive membership and retail sales performance for a high-traffic Newport Beach salon. This is an entry-level management opportunity designed to launch your career in the beauty and wellness industry, with structured training in both sales leadership and human resources fundamentals from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example on the sales floor — converting walk-ins and inquiries into tanning memberships and product sales
• Coach and motivate salon team members to hit individual and location-wide sales goals
• Educate clients on tanning services, skin care products, and wellness offerings to match them with the right solutions
• Oversee daily salon operations including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory
• Participate in fun team sales contests that keep motivation high and results measurable
• Support entry-level HR functions including onboarding assistance and team communication
• Track sales metrics and report on membership growth and retail performance
• Deliver consistently excellent customer experiences that build loyalty and referrals
