Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, US Marketing Operations to join its commercial leadership team at its headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts — a pivotal full-time role at the forefront of rare neuromuscular disease therapeutics.
About the Role
As Senior Director, US Marketing Operations, you will architect and lead the operational infrastructure that powers Dyne's US commercial organization. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will ensure marketing teams are equipped with the analytics, processes, systems, and cross-functional alignment needed to advance awareness and access for patients living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1).
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end US marketing operations function, including campaign execution infrastructure, omnichannel systems, and marketing technology platforms
- Build and manage marketing performance frameworks — establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences that drive data-informed decisions
- Partner closely with brand, market access, medical affairs, and sales operations to align commercial priorities and resource deployment
- Lead marketing operations planning and budget stewardship, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and initiatives
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships for operations-related scope, including CRM, digital, and analytics partners
- Champion compliant promotional operations processes, working with legal, regulatory, and medical review teams
- Support product launch readiness for pipeline programs targeting muscle and CNS indications
- Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial or marketing operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Demonstrated success building or scaling marketing operations functions within a specialty or rare disease commercial environment
- Deep familiarity with pharma marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva), marketing automation, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- Experience supporting or leading a US product launch preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
