Debit – Product Agility & Portfolio Lead, Executive Director

JPMorganChase is hiring a full-time Debit – Product Agility & Portfolio Lead, Executive Director based in Westerville, Franklin County to serve as a senior executive at the core of the firm's Debit Product organization.

About the Role

This Executive Director position sits at the convergence of large-scale portfolio governance, agile transformation, and organizational strategy within JPMorganChase's Debit Product team. You will operate as a driving force behind how the team plans, executes, and continuously improves delivery across a complex, high-stakes product portfolio — directly shaping outcomes that affect millions of customers and billions in transaction volume.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end portfolio planning across the Debit Product suite, ensuring strategic priorities translate into executable quarterly and annual roadmaps
• Lead agile transformation initiatives, embedding modern delivery practices, ceremonies, and tooling throughout product and engineering teams
• Establish and maintain portfolio-level governance frameworks, including intake processes, prioritization criteria, and resource allocation models
• Partner with product, technology, operations, and risk executives to surface dependencies, resolve cross-team blockers, and align delivery timelines
• Define and track portfolio health metrics — velocity, capacity utilization, OKR progress — and deliver executive-ready reporting and insights
• Coach and elevate product managers and program leads on agile principles, portfolio thinking, and delivery excellence
• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance across a large, matrixed organization

What We're Looking For

• Extensive senior leadership experience in product management or portfolio management, ideally within financial services or payments
• Demonstrated track record of driving agile transformation at scale across multi-team or enterprise-level programs
• Deep familiarity with debit, card, or consumer payments products and their underlying technology ecosystems
• Exceptional ability to influence and align executive stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong command of portfolio planning tools, agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and delivery metrics
• Experience designing governance structures that balance speed, risk, and strategic alignment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complexity for senior audiences
