About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional at Oak Hill's Rocky Hill, CT location, you'll provide person-centered support on a 26-hour part-time overnight schedule. The role covers Thursday from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Friday, plus Saturday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll tailor your support to each individual's needs, both at home and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care during overnight and early-morning hours
• Help with domestic and household tasks to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment
• Support individuals in attending personal and medical appointments
• Encourage participation in vocational and community-based activities
