About the Role
As a Community Assistant with Article Student Living, you will be a welcoming first point of contact at our Rise at West Campus property in Austin. Working alongside the on-site team, you will help showcase the community to prospective residents while keeping current residents informed, supported, and engaged. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a social, fast-paced student living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly, approachable representative of the property and brand
- Lead guided tours that highlight the community for prospective residents
- Help generate and follow up with interest from qualified potential residents
- Assist the property leadership team with day-to-day leasing and community efforts
- Plan, promote, and participate in resident events and on-site activities
- Build positive relationships and check in regularly with current residents
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student or a resident of the community
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective and current residents in person
- Dependable, organized, and eager to contribute to a team
- Available to work on-site in Austin, Travis County (this role is not remote)
