Alliance Health Services is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate, in-home patient care across Southern California, based out of Lake Elsinore in Riverside County. About the Role

As a visiting Certified Home Health Aide with Alliance Health Services, you will travel to patients' residences to deliver personalized, hands-on support that promotes dignity, independence, and recovery. This position serves clients throughout Lake Elsinore and the surrounding region, with opportunities to support patients across Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Kern, and Ventura counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide attentive personal care that follows each patient's individualized care plan.
• Monitor and report changes in a patient's condition to supervising clinical staff.
• Support light homemaking tasks that contribute to a safe, clean living environment.
• Travel reliably to multiple patient homes within the assigned service area.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of visits and care provided.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in California.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with patients of varying needs.
• Dependable transportation and the ability to visit homes across the service region.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow clinical care instructions.
• Availability for full-time work.
