About the Role
This Real Estate Agent position is built for licensed professionals who want a steady pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers from day one. As one of the country's leading Zillow Flex and Preferred partners, Navigate Realty channels hundreds of high-intent opportunities to its agents each month, so you can focus on closing rather than prospecting. Many of our agents reach 2–6 closed transactions monthly thanks to our lead flow, systems, and hands-on support — and it's common to get a first deal under contract within roughly 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with company-supplied buyer and seller leads quickly and professionally
- Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closing across the North Myrtle Beach area
- Convert high-intent inquiries into signed contracts and completed transactions
- Leverage our proven systems, tools, and team support to manage a healthy deal pipeline
- Deliver a responsive, client-first experience that earns referrals and repeat business
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Drive to follow up promptly and turn provided leads into closings
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in the North Myrtle Beach, Horry County market
- Self-motivated and eager to ramp up production with structured support
