Rotary International is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator of Rotary Grants to join its Financial Services & Grant Compliance team. While this position is administered through Rotary International (US), the role is based at the RI South Asia Office in New Delhi, India, supporting the integrity and smooth operation of Rotary's global grant programs.
About the Role
As Coordinator of Rotary Grants, you will help safeguard the financial accuracy and compliance of grants that fund humanitarian projects worldwide. Reporting to the Supervisor of Rotary Grants, you will work at the intersection of finance, compliance, and program support, ensuring that every grant is processed responsibly and in line with organizational standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration, review, and tracking of Rotary grants throughout their lifecycle.
- Help ensure grant activities adhere to compliance requirements and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate documentation, records, and reporting related to grant disbursements and closeouts.
- Collaborate with the Financial Services and Grant Compliance team to resolve discrepancies and answer grant-related inquiries.
- Assist members, districts, and stakeholders with guidance on grant procedures and requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage records and financial documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with grant administration, compliance, or financial services processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for working across teams and cultures.
- Comfort working on-site at the RI South Asia Office in New Delhi.
