About the Role
As a Family Service Coordinator/Developmental Specialist with NAPPR, you will tailor and carry out a wide range of early intervention services for eligible children and their families throughout the six-county service area. The position blends hands-on developmental support with coordination, compliance, and community engagement responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, direct early intervention services to children and families
- Coordinate services and connect families with appropriate resources and supports
- Maintain compliance with program standards and meet all reporting requirements
- Build and sustain community partnerships through collaboration and coordination
- Support child find efforts to identify children who may benefit from services
- Represent the program through public relations and outreach within the region
- Ensure quality assurance and accuracy of individual case files across all counties served
Qualifications
- Background or training in early childhood development, special education, social services, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills for managing case files and meeting documentation standards
- Ability to travel across a six-county region to serve families where they live
