Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain individualized behavior support plans tailored to each person's needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the drivers behind challenging behaviors.
• Deliver hands-on clinical guidance inside day programs so that recommended strategies stay realistic and produce results.
• Collaborate closely with program staff to ensure behavior supports are applied consistently across settings.
• Analyze data, track participant progress, and refine interventions as outcomes evolve.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or status as a Licensed Clinician.
• Experience developing behavior support plans and performing functional behavior assessments.
• Strong skills in data review, progress monitoring, and adjusting clinical approaches based on results.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to coach and partner with program teams.
• Commitment to practical, effective, and ethical behavior support in a community-based setting.
