Director, Compliance & Property Management (Shackelford County, TX)

Oracle is hiring a full-time Director, Compliance & Property Management to oversee the governance and regulatory operations behind one of the fastest-growing hyperscale data center portfolios in the industry, based in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish.

About the Role

As Director, Compliance & Property Management, you will guide the administrative, governance, and regulatory framework that supports Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expanding network of hyperscale data center properties. You will set and execute property strategy across the full lifecycle — from land administration and municipal relationships to permitting, environmental obligations, and contractual commitments. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of real estate operations, public-sector coordination, and large-scale infrastructure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end property strategy and execution for Oracle's growing hyperscale data center footprint.
• Manage land administration activities and maintain accurate records across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, local agencies, and regulatory bodies to keep projects compliant and on schedule.
• Oversee permitting processes and ensure adherence to environmental and zoning requirements.
• Administer lease, contract, and other property-related obligations, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Lead governance and regulatory compliance efforts tied to property operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in property management, real estate operations, or compliance, ideally supporting large-scale or infrastructure assets.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance, permitting, and lease or contract administration.
• Proven ability to coordinate with municipal and governmental stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and program-management skills for handling a multi-site portfolio.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
