Concord Hospitality is hiring a Night Guest Service Agent in Chandler, to keep our hotel running smoothly through the overnight hours of 11pm to 7am. If you are reliable, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently, this part-time role offers a steady pay rate of $17–$18 per hour.

About the Role

As the Night Guest Service Agent, you are the face of Concord Hospitality after dark. Working the overnight shift in Chandler, you will manage front desk activity, look after the safety and comfort of guests, and complete the behind-the-scenes tasks that prepare the property for the day ahead. This position calls for someone who can take ownership of a quiet shift, solve problems on their own, and deliver warm, attentive service at any hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk overnight, welcoming arrivals, processing departures, and responding to guest requests with professionalism.
• Oversee nightly hotel activity and reconcile daily transactions to keep business records accurate and balanced.
• Monitor the property to maintain a secure, comfortable environment for both guests and team members.
• Carry out closing procedures and prepare reports so the next shift begins on solid footing.
• Anticipate needs and address issues proactively while working with minimal supervision.
