About the Role
This is a full-time, overnight-shift Quality Inspector position based on-site at Village at Glen Iris in Houston. As part of the manufacturing team at Enchanted Rock Management (ERock), you'll verify that components and assemblies meet exacting specifications before they reach the field, supporting the dependable microgrid systems that protect businesses, critical infrastructure, and neighborhoods from power disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products to confirm they conform to engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Carry out in-process and final inspections throughout the overnight production cycle.
- Record inspection findings, flag nonconformances, and document quality data accurately.
- Operate measuring instruments and inspection tools to validate dimensional and functional requirements.
- Partner with production and engineering colleagues to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
- Help uphold safety practices and quality procedures on the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Comfortable reading technical drawings, specifications, and measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical, accuracy-first approach.
- Willingness and availability to work the overnight shift on-site in Houston.
- Clear documentation skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
