About the Role

As a Postdoctoral Fellow in Neuropsychology with Memorial Healthcare System, you will join the Inpatient Rehabilitation Neuropsychology team at Memorial Regional Hospital South. The fellowship is designed for early-career psychologists trained in clinical neuropsychology or rehabilitation psychology who want hands-on experience assessing and supporting patients with complex psychological and neuropsychological presentations during acute rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for patients admitted to the acute inpatient rehabilitation program.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment and intervention for individuals presenting with neurological and psychological conditions.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate patient-centered care.
• Contribute to treatment planning, progress documentation, and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Participate in supervised training, learning, and professional development activities tied to the fellowship.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology, with training emphasis in clinical neuropsychology or rehabilitation psychology.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship or equivalent supervised clinical experience, consistent with postdoctoral fellowship eligibility.
• Strong foundation in neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
• A motivated, dynamic, and collaborative approach to working within an inpatient rehabilitation environment.
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
