About the Role

FMOLHS is seeking a full-time Manager, Physician Practice 2 Adult Dermatology to direct the everyday running of a single practice site in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. In this on-site leadership position, you'll serve as the connective tissue between physicians, clinical teams, and patients—balancing administrative direction with the practical realities of a busy adult dermatology clinic. The role is structured for the FMOL Physician Group model, supporting practices staffed by five or more providers or specialty teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily flow of clinic operations, with strong attention to provider and staff working relationships.
• Align administrative policies, physician preferences, and patient expectations into smooth, dependable workflows.
• Champion a culture of outstanding customer service across every patient touchpoint.
• Steward the financial health of the practice through sound, day-to-day fiscal oversight.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and team communication to keep the site running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven background managing or supervising operations within a physician practice or healthcare clinic setting.
• Confidence working alongside physicians and clinical staff to resolve operational and relationship matters.
• Solid grasp of practice financial management and administrative policy execution.
• A patient-first mindset paired with dependable, service-oriented leadership.
• Ability to work on-site in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish.
