This is a Rental Agent for Real Estate position with one of Philadelphia's leading real estate teams. As a Rental Agent based in Philadelphia, you'll partner closely with property owners, assess what each rental needs to succeed, and match qualified lessees to available homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with property owners to understand their goals, expectations, and the financial viability of each rental.
- Identify and qualify prospective tenants who fit each property and owner's requirements.
- Promote available rentals through social media channels and real estate websites to maximize visibility.
