About the Role
As an AI Strategist at Edra, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and applied artificial intelligence, based on-site in New York City. You'll partner closely with our engineers and AI researchers to translate the messy reality of enterprise operations into AI agents that learn real processes and then run them. This is a hands-on, deeply technical environment where strategic thinking directly shapes how our agents are deployed inside customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Map how a client's business processes truly operate and identify where AI agents can take over or augment that work.
- Shape the strategy for deploying Edra's process-aware AI agents within enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to align agent capabilities with concrete operational needs.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and enterprise stakeholders, communicating value and progress clearly.
Qualifications
- Strong grasp of enterprise AI and the gap between general-purpose models and company-specific workflows.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes, ideally in a technical or product-driven setting.
- Comfort working alongside a highly technical team of engineers and AI researchers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in New York City.
