Regional Marketing Manager (Reston, VA)

FGM Architects is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This is a full-time position based in our Fairfax County office.

Position Summary

As Regional Marketing Manager at FGMA, you'll lead marketing initiatives for our architecture and interior design practice across the region. You'll develop and execute strategies that connect our design expertise with key market sectors, strengthen our brand presence, and support business development efforts. This role blends strategic planning with tactical execution, positioning FGMA's innovative work in front of prospects and industry partners who shape our communities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with company goals and sector opportunities
• Create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and project narratives that showcase FGMA's design capabilities
• Manage marketing communications across digital and traditional channels to reach target audiences
• Support business development efforts by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients
• Coordinate with design teams and leadership to ensure accurate, consistent messaging about our work and values
• Track marketing performance and adjust strategies based on results and market feedback

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in architecture, design, professional services, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex design concepts
• Experience developing marketing strategies and managing campaigns across multiple channels
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines
• Understanding of B2B marketing and business development in professional services or architecture
• Proficiency with marketing tools, design software familiarity, and comfort with digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
