As a Senior Manager and Senior Counsel on the Pulse Network team, you will serve as a corporate and commercial attorney advising Capital One's payment network business. Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and corporate legal counsel across the US payments and product landscape for the Pulse Network.

- Support product development efforts with practical, risk-aware legal guidance.

Qualifications
- Established experience practicing as a corporate or commercial attorney.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities suited to commercial and product matters.
- Comfort advising on payment network, commercial, and product-related legal issues.
- An active license to practice law as required for the role.
