About the Role
As an External Communications Manager – Life Sciences & Health Care, you will join Deloitte's full-service Brand Marketing & Communications (BM&C) organization in Guadalupe, Maricopa County. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity for a storyteller who can translate complex industry topics into compelling external messaging and guide the business toward fresh strategic directions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute external communications strategies for Deloitte's Life Sciences & Health Care practice.
- Partner with creatives, strategists, and public relations specialists to craft narratives that elevate the brand.
- Lead media relations and public-facing storytelling that supports business growth.
- Collaborate across the Brand Marketing & Communications team to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Position the practice as a thought leader within the life sciences and health care sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in external communications, public relations, or corporate brand strategy.
- Strong creative judgment paired with the strategic thinking to drive measurable results.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively alongside marketing and PR teams.
- Excellent writing skills and the confidence to lead communications initiatives.
- Willingness to work on-site in Guadalupe, Maricopa County (this role is not remote).
