About the Role

As the Financial Center Manager III in Troy, you will own the overall performance, profitability, and sustained growth of the Troy West banking center. This is an on-site leadership position focused on delivering relevant, client-first banking while guiding a high-performing team toward measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of established banking center performance and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop banking center staff to meet individual and team goals.
• Champion ongoing profitability and consistent, sustainable growth at the location.
• Build and deepen client relationships by delivering solutions relevant to their needs.
• Uphold operational standards and represent First Financial Bank with integrity in the Troy, Miami County community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a retail banking center or comparable financial services team.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding performance and profitability goals.
• Strong people-development skills, with the ability to motivate and grow staff.
• A client-focused mindset and commitment to doing the right thing, right now.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Troy, Miami County (this role is not remote).
