About the Role

As an SIU Investigator with ISG, you will conduct investigations that support our cost containment and anti-fraud mission. Based in the Trenton, New Jersey area, you will gather facts, evaluate evidence, and document findings that help identify and reduce exposure to fraud and misconduct. This is an on-site, full-time position with ISG's nationally recognized investigative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out field and desk investigations tied to suspected fraud, misrepresentation, and related risk.
• Collect, verify, and organize evidence while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare clear, well-supported reports that summarize observations and conclusions.
• Coordinate with the Special Investigations Unit and internal partners to advance active cases.
• Uphold ISG's standards of integrity, transparency, and professional conduct in every assignment.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in investigations, claims, insurance, law enforcement, or anti-fraud work.
• Excellent analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for detailed reporting.
• High level of discretion, ethics, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on site in and around Trenton, New Jersey.
