As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Home Care Assistance (TheKey) in West Raleigh, North Carolina, you will provide hands-on clinical support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes across the West Raleigh, North Carolina area
- Assess client health needs, monitor conditions, and adjust care plans as appropriate
- Coordinate with families, caregivers, and the broader care team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Cover available weekday and weekend shifts as scheduling allows
Qualifications
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Availability of at least 18–24 hours per week
