About the Role

As a Part Time Floor Leader at our Newbury Street location in Boston, Suffolk County, you'll be a key partner to the Store Management Team, helping to keep every part of the shop running smoothly. This is a part time position scheduled for approximately 20 to 29 hours each week. You'll move fluidly between the sales floor and behind-the-scenes operations, championing the brand and guiding the team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team across daily business operations and shop priorities.
• Inspire and drive sales by leading from the floor and modeling outstanding customer service.
• Handle opening and closing duties to ensure the store runs efficiently and securely.
• Review and interpret sales performance to help identify opportunities for growth.
• Deliver engaging training sessions that develop the knowledge and confidence of fellow team members.
• Collaborate closely with other leaders to maintain a positive, productive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing leadership setting.
• Confidence guiding, coaching, and motivating a team in a fast-paced shop.
• Comfort working with sales figures and translating results into practical action.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work a part time schedule of 20 to 29 hours per week, including shop opening and closing shifts.
