About the Role

This is a full-time travel therapy assignment with Care Career, based in the Lovejoy and Hampton area of Clayton County, Georgia. As a traveling Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll step into a supportive clinical setting and deliver hands-on rehabilitation care while enjoying the variety and flexibility that travel healthcare provides. The position runs for approximately 13 weeks at 40 hours per week, structured around 8-hour day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with their recovery goals.
• Carry out therapeutic interventions, exercises, and mobility programs to restore function and reduce pain.
• Track patient progress and adjust care strategies as outcomes evolve.
• Document assessments, treatments, and results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to coordinate effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise routines and ongoing self-care.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, valid for practice in Georgia.
• Completion of an accredited physical therapy education program.
• Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026.
• Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts totaling 40 hours each week.
