Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate each borrower's financial condition thoroughly to inform accurate, well-supported lending decisions.
• Ensure all loan activity complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal bank policies.
• Develop lending recommendations rooted in a complete understanding of customer financial needs.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial loan relationships with care and accountability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in commercial lending consistent with a Level III (senior) role.
• Strong skills in credit analysis and financial assessment of commercial borrowers.
• Working knowledge of banking laws, lending regulations, and credit policy compliance.
• Sound, independent decision-making and the ability to balance customer service with prudent risk management.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
