About the Role
As a Majors Customer Base Account Executive - oCFO- FSI, you'll own and grow an established portfolio of Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers, focusing on Workday's Office of the CFO (oCFO) solutions. This full-time, on-site position in New York City puts you at the center of how leading institutions manage finance, planning, and operations—helping existing clients expand their footprint and realize greater value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined book of Majors customer base accounts within the Financial Services sector.
- Drive expansion and renewal opportunities across Workday's Office of the CFO product portfolio.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with finance and executive stakeholders at established accounts.
- Develop account strategies that uncover new use cases and surface additional value for existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams across pre-sales, customer success, and product to deliver outcomes.
- Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy, well-managed sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into the Financial Services Industry.
- Familiarity with Office of the CFO solutions such as financial management, planning, or analytics.
- A track record of growing existing customer relationships and closing complex deals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and engage customers across the New York City market.
