What This Role Involves

The Workday Adaptive Planning Manager will lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for clients. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and providing training and support to end-users.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Leverage Workday Adaptive Planning tools to create and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand planning needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and document detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Workday Adaptive Planning tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Manager who can effectively lead planning initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years specifically in Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Proven track record in managing complex financial planning projects.
