The Opportunity

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join our team in Charleston, West Virginia. This role will be focused on driving the strategic planning and financial forecasting processes within the organization using Workday Adaptive Planning tools.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for planning processes
• Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Implement process improvements and optimize the use of Workday Adaptive Planning tools

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning and other financial modeling software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
