What This Role Involves

As an Employment Coach, you will deliver high-level customer service by matching customers to effective interventions that help them become job-ready and secure suitable and sustainable employment. Your role involves working closely with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies for successful job placement.

Responsibilities

• Match customers to the most appropriate interventions for job readiness and employment
• Assist clients in identifying and addressing employment-related issues
• Provide guidance on job search techniques, resume building, and interview preparation
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support client success
• Document all interactions and progress of clients for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Experience in employment services or related field is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Able to work full-time, non-remote position at the Woodridge location
