Role Overview

Adecco is seeking a skilled Welder to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Madbury, New Hampshire. This full-time on-site position involves performing MIG, TIG, and stick welding to fabricate and repair metal components according to precise specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate fabrication and repairs
• Set up and maintain welding equipment
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques with precision
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Support safe, efficient production processes on the manufacturing floor

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
• Strong understanding of MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Experience with setting up and maintaining welding equipment
• Demonstrated ability to inspect welds for quality and safety
• Committed to adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
