WDGM Runner

Join Lucky Dog Enterprises as a WDGM Runner in Glen Mills, Delaware County. We're seeking a detail-oriented, energetic team member to support our kitchen and front-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

About This Position

As a Runner, you'll be the operational backbone connecting our kitchen and dining room. You'll ensure food reaches guests hot and fresh, coordinate with our service team, and maintain the seamless flow that defines excellent hospitality. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to tables with accuracy and attention to presentation
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow during all shifts
• Monitor dining areas and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Support expo station operations and assist with order timing and delivery
• Clear tables promptly and reset dining areas between guests
• Respond to requests from servers and kitchen team with professionalism and urgency
• Support general front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant restaurant experience)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry multiple items at once
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude in a high-energy environment
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
