About the Role

Lorien of Mount Airy is seeking dedicated service professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Waiter or Waitress, you'll be the cornerstone of hospitality, creating positive interactions and ensuring every visit leaves a lasting impression.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and seat them according to station assignments
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Take accurate orders and ensure proper kitchen communication
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests attentively
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness standards
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to guest service excellence
• Positive, team-oriented approach to work
• Prior experience in healthcare environments is preferred
