About the Role
In this full-time VP/Talent Acquisition Partner position, you'll drive comprehensive recruitment strategy for the Private Wealth Management business unit. This leadership role bridges human resources and the business, translating organizational growth objectives into targeted sourcing and hiring initiatives. You'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from strategy design through successful placements, while fostering a recruiting environment known for professionalism and candidate engagement.
What You'll Do
- Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop customized acquisition strategies aligned with business growth
- Lead and mentor a recruiting team, establishing best practices and building a high-performing talent acquisition function
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top candidates for specialized and executive roles
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job design, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, search firms, and industry talent networks
- Develop metrics and reporting to measure recruiting effectiveness and talent acquisition ROI
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects AllianceBernstein's employer brand
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity
- Proven success building and scaling recruiting teams in professional services or financial services environments
- Demonstrated expertise in executive-level and specialized role recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, recruitment technology, and talent analytics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to develop hiring strategies that translate business objectives into recruitment outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
