Visual Inspector

Continental is hiring a Visual Inspector for our Clinton, MS manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position based on-site focused on maintaining the quality standards that define our products and reputation.

Position Summary

As a Visual Inspector at Continental's Clinton location, you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing quality assurance process. You'll inspect components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet Continental's rigorous specifications and industry standards. Working in our Clinton, MS facility, you'll help maintain the precision and reliability our customers depend on.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process
• Compare products against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Document inspection results and identify nonconforming materials
• Use precision measurement tools and calibrated inspection equipment
• Report defects and quality issues to production supervisors and quality teams
• Maintain organized inspection records and contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively with manufacturing and engineering teams

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with precision measurement tools or quality inspection equipment (a plus)
• Solid mathematical skills for dimensional verification
• Reliability and consistent performance in a structured manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to escalate issues appropriately
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
