The Opportunity

As a Video Producer, you'll oversee the development and production of high-quality video content that supports organizational initiatives, communications, training, marketing, and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role involves managing projects from concept to final delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and production of video content for various purposes including organizational initiatives, communications, training, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, writers, editors, and other stakeholders to develop video concepts and deliverables.
• Ensure all produced content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and messaging strategy.
• Evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality of output.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in video production, including editing, shooting, and post-production techniques.
• A strong understanding of video content creation for various platforms (e.g., social media, corporate websites).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in brand development and messaging strategy implementation.
