Vice President of Sales

Asteris Lending LLC is searching for a results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth from our office in Tampa, Hillsborough County. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a fast-growing direct private lender serving real estate investors.

About the Role

As Vice President of Sales at Asteris Lending LLC, you will own the strategy and execution behind our lending sales organization in Tampa. You will shape how we connect real estate investors with business-purpose mortgage solutions, building a high-performing team and scaling pipeline as the company continues its rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall sales strategy to accelerate origination volume for non-owner-occupied investment property loans.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a sales team focused on serving real estate investment clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers, investors, and referral partners across the market.
• Set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and report results to executive leadership.
• Partner with operations and underwriting to keep the lending process fast, smooth, and dependable.
• Identify new market opportunities and refine the approach to position Asteris Lending as a trusted private lender.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading sales teams, ideally within private lending, mortgage, or real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of business-purpose mortgages and investment property lending.
• Demonstrated success scaling revenue in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working on-site in Tampa, Hillsborough County, in a full-time capacity.
