About the Role

This part-time position offers meaningful work in a specialized agency dedicated to behavioral health. You'll deliver evidence-based ABA interventions in clients' homes, using proven techniques to help children develop essential skills and reach their full potential. This role combines clinical expertise with direct, one-on-one therapeutic work.

What You'll Do

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's needs and developmental goals
• Monitor progress, collect behavioral data, and communicate outcomes with clinical supervisors
• Support families by teaching reinforcement strategies and therapeutic techniques
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Reliability, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some evening or weekend sessions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
