Truck Driver Owner Operator – OTR

Decker Truck Line is seeking experienced Owner Operators to join our freight partnership program based in Bemidji. About the Role

As an Owner Operator with Decker Truck Line, you'll manage your own over-the-road trucking operation while leveraging our established freight network and shipper relationships. This role is designed for independent drivers seeking steady work, fair pay, and genuine long-term business partnerships—not corporate micromanagement.

What You'll Do

• Operate over-the-road routes hauling freight across regional and long-haul lanes
• Manage vehicle maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operational decisions
• Coordinate with dispatch for consistent freight assignments and route planning
• Maintain DOT compliance, safety protocols, and professional delivery standards
• Build reliable partnerships with Decker's dispatch and shipper teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months commercial trucking experience
• Current CDL with clean driving record
• Reliable, well-maintained truck meeting DOT and industry standards
• Professional demeanor with strong safety and customer service focus
• Commitment to on-time delivery and transparent business practices

Compensation & Terms

• Earnings up to $220,000 annually based on freight activity and experience
• 60% to 72% of linehaul revenue (scaled by experience level)
• 90% to 100% fuel surcharge recovery
• Weekly settlements with clear, straightforward accounting
