This is a full-time position designed for experienced independent operators ready to build their own trucking business while earning $2,800 to $7,000 per week in gross pay.

About the Role

As a CDL-A owner-operator truck driver with F2F Transport, you'll operate your own truck on dedicated routes, managing your business operations while we provide steady freight assignments, dispatch support, and a range of flexible programs tailored to your needs. This role offers the independence of self-employment combined with the stability of consistent work.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned routes across the region and beyond
• Manage pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance
• Meet delivery schedules, DOT regulations, and safety requirements consistently
• Track mileage, fuel, and expenses for business accounting and tax purposes
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding deliveries, vehicle status, and route issues
• Maintain logbooks, bills of lading, and required documentation in compliance with federal regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of professional truck driving experience
• Ownership or ability to acquire a well-maintained commercial truck
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and hours-of-service requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to vehicle maintenance
• Self-motivated approach to managing your independent business operations

Compensation

Earn 80% gross pay on all loads dispatched, with weekly earnings ranging from $2,800 to $7,000 depending on miles, load availability, and your operational efficiency. You retain control of your business expenses and tax planning.
