Role Overview

Join Harpers as a Truck Driver Lease Driver and become part of our team of lease purchase program partners. This opportunity is perfect for experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Reefer drivers who are looking to grow their career with one of the largest carriers in the country.

Core Duties

• Earn 82% Gross Line Haul and 100% Fuel Surcharge (FSC)
• Drive reefer units on long-haul routes
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logs and records of your driving activities
• Work independently while adhering to strict schedules and deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OTR driver
• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for reefer operation
• Prior experience in the lease purchase program is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
