About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced or motivated drivers to join our team as Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed truck drivers at Decker Truck Line. This role offers a competitive salary of $112,000 per year and the opportunity for professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance by being home on weekends.

Core Duties

• Transport cargo using flatbed trailers across long distances
• Follow shipping documents to ensure accurate delivery of goods
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety compliance
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding trucking operations
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch during trips

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience is required
• Prior flatbed driving experience is a plus but not mandatory for those willing to learn
• A valid CDL with appropriate endorsements (H and P)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dedication to safety and adherence to company policies
